The company is in the business of transportation of goods.It had its own vehicles but it also hired vehicles from other transporters vehicle on per kilometer basis. My question is whether TDS is applicable u/s 194 c or there is blanket exemption from TDS on payment to transporter

In case PAN has been obtained from the transporters no need to deduct TDS.
