It seems that queriest asked for procedure for preparing quarterly e-TDS return.
If this is the case, steps are as follows:
1) Take a e-tds preparation tool
2) create master data of deductor, deductee etc
3) fill tax deduction details
4) match with corresponding payment challans
5) generate & validate FUV file
6) upload the same alongwith form 27A at TIn centre
