Is A Trust/Foundation liable to deduct TDS on their vendor, eg. auditor's fee, Advisory fee etc.? Kindly Describe in details.

Trust/ Charitable institutions are also liable for TDS provisions .
The Relevant section is 194 J for professional & techncial or advisory services.
Rate of TDS 10 % plus Cess 3 %
If total payment to consultant exceeds Rs.30000/=
