we rcd a tds certificate from our client the tds deducted on 28/03/2011 and deposited on 06/04/2011
pl suggest the deducted amount should be payable at 31.03.2011 whthwer it is accetable or not
any provision is there

tds certificate & tds payament is also ok. because with in 30th March Tds provision it will payment 07th april . only for 31st March tds provision it will payment 30th april

it is ok, no problem with tds deduction and payment.
But one thing tds certificate can be issued after submitting return. today is 26-4-11. please check whether on certificate reutrn no and date is printed or not. it is possible that they have submitted return there is no problem I only say to check. if it is ok then no problem at all.
