09 February 2011 We have received a TDS Exemption Certificate for Lower TDS deduction from the vender and it was issued by Income Tax office on 27th dec-2010 and valid from May-2010 to Mar-2011

we have received the Invoice in the M/o nov-2010 for services.

What amount of TDS is applicable
