if paymet is credited or made to the deductee a/c on 31-03-2010 andtds is deducted on 31-03-10, wht is the last date for deposit of TDs . is there any amendment in this regard in the f.y. 2010-11.

Yes there is ammendment for F.Y.2010-11 THAT TDS should be deposited opto 30th april, 2011 for the month of march-2011.

If amount paid then due date will be 07th April 2010. In case of book entry due date will be 31st May 2010.
