We have a client...

Due to some reason the company filed the late TDS return at 24 Sept 2010.. for the period starting from 1st April 2009 to 2010.

We have deducted the TDS of a contractor during the year whole year..

Please confirm the issuing date of Form 16A for the same ..

26 September 2010 TDS can be issue once the payment is made in monthly related to fy 2009-10, while issuing return acknowledgment number available need to be mention. so after filing the retun you can put the date related to return

26 September 2010 The tds is deposited on there normaly monthly time..
the issue is relating to date of issuing FORM 16 A

26 September 2010 You can issue monthly TDS certificate with the date of tds deposited date

26 September 2010 Hey,.,.this can't be a solution sir..

because...why the company spend the cost of 12 paper to issue TDS certificate...insteat of one...which contain the detail of whole year..

06 October 2010 now it is compulsary to issue tds certificate monthly or quaterly. and you can issue tds certificate within one week from the date of deposit of tds.
