We have collection centers for collecting the customers bill. We pay commission as collection charge to them. Whether TDS will be deducted at 2% for Contractor or 10 for Commission & Brokerage. Please advise.

If you are showing the expenditure as collection charges, deduct TDS u/s 194C.
