TDS deducted on Advertisement, contract,interest etcin FY 2008-2009 APRIL month ,if not deposit in that year, shall deposit in FY 2009-10

Yes. You can deposit TDS in FY 2009-10. The expenses to the extent of which TDS is not deducted or paid during the FY 2008-09 will be disallowed and will be allowed in the year FY 2009-10

you what to say that if tds is deducted Rs 10000 on advertisement of RS 100000 in April 2008,but deposit in FY 2008-09 then this advertisement exp. is disallowed and i have to pay tax on RS 100000. and if deposit such tds in fy 2009-10, then i claim

Yes. If the tds is not deducted and paid on Rs.100000/-. Then the total amount of Rs.100000/- will be disallowed in the fy- 2008-09 and you have to pay tax on this 100000/-. If the tds is paid in the FY 2009-10, this 100000/- will be allowed as deduction .
