i would like to know-whether we have to deduct tds on stall charges for taking part in an exhibition ? if yes under what section and at what rate ?

TDS U/s 194 I is applicable if the rent is more then 120000 (annual composite value for each space provider).
18 April 2010
now limit is increased it is 180000/-
