Hi,any one can please clarify me.
TDS on salary is not deducted even though employee is under tax bracket. what is the consequencies on employer and is there any penalty on employer.
please help me....

if TDS is not deducted then Expenses is disallowed by IT Deptt.

Penlty will be the amount which is not deducted and expenses also will disallowed
