04 February 2010 whether foreign co. which branch is situated in india, can detuct tds of the employee of the same branch

04 February 2010 simple rule of TDS if business in India then it will deduct TDS on transaction which incurred in India.
So in your case if company has establishment in India it will deduct TDS on salary of employee in India.
