Whether TDS is deducted on the amount inclusive or exclusive of service tax?

INCLUSIVE

TDS is deducted on the total amount of invoise or you can say payment due. So service tax is inclusive.

it is inclusive of service tax
but
under section 194I it is exclusive of service tax as per notification issued by CBDT.
