30 December 2009 For levying TDS first we have to know whether the entity belonging to Central government, state government, RBI Etc,

If the entity owned or controlled by CG or SG or any corportation owned by CG or SG or Both , then NO TDS shall be liable to TDs . Else , have to deduct the Tds at applicable rate.
