I run a school in which I hire teacher on job-work basis. I give them subject-wise remuneration. E.g. to teach english subject I am paying Rs 25000/- and teacher has to complete the subject within 8 months).
Plz tell me how much TDS I should deduct.

Thanks for reply. Plz let me know this 10% is applicable above which amount. 10,000/- 20,000/- or any amount.
and, is this flat 10% or any other cess is to be deducted?
