07 October 2020 Is tds applicable on 2D motion graphic video making from proprietorship firm and bill amounting 27000+18% gst = 31860/- only one time service in a year.

kindly suggest in which head and what % tds is deduct or not.

08 October 2020 Since it was a solitary transaction and the value of the contract did not exceed Rs.30,000 excluding GST in my opinion TDS u/s 194C is not required.
