01 July 2019 in 1st qtr bill value of creditors crossed 30000 in single bill. but its not certain that the business would go on with him.

last year maintain single value Rs 30000 we have deduct TDS . after 4-5 month another bill comes . but total value
not cross limit Rs. 100000. so what should be ? not finding right way . pls help
