whether interest on tds challan can be used for payment u/s 234e

It's deductors liability. Not to Deductee's account... Only TDS amount to Deductee get....

no sir, i have deposited tds along with interest, but actually interest was not payable, now i revised the return but i have interest surplus challan, whether this interest surplus challan can be used for payment u/s 234e , that is pending online due to late filling of return
