a company engaged in poultry industry and paying commission to farmer for growing chicks , compny deducts TDS on that commission but same is not depositing with dprtmnt?
they are deceiving farmrs since long.
wht can anyone do in such condition ?

you can inform the jurisdictional TDS AO. he can take required action against the defaulter.
