my uncle has FD on which bank has deducted TDS@20% due to non furnish of PAN
can it is claimed for refund???

You can't claim refund until return will be revised by bank showing their PAN.

Take declaration from bank in respect of same & file return claimimg such TDS.Whenever demand arises make an affidavit & application for rectification to your AO.
