Dear Sir,
a person who is the director of the company travel out side India once in a month and we purchase the ticket from a travel agent and one bill amount is Rs. 32000/- aprox.
so my query is that we are liable to deduct the tax on this bill of Travel agent.
please guide me.

As per me there should b no TDS on that amount. Coz it dosen't seems to a service or alike that on which TDS should b deducted.
