When a Company A makes payment to its sister Concern Company B for remitting the said amount to Hotel at Singapore , Pls advise for TDS Applicability between A and B, B and Hotel Supplier for F.Y. 2015-16

Tds is not applicable between A & B and B and hotel for above remitting hotel @ Singapore
