During AY 2014-15,one salaried employee paid entire tax and her income is below Rs 5 lakhs but failed to file return.Can she file belated retun.If so,shall she liable to pay penalty of Rs 5000 u/s 271F or no penalty.

Normally Salary Class return Penalty Will not be Levied till now.
