1. What is the time limit for issue of notice & passing order by the Income Tax Officer in case of TDS & TCS matters,When DDO is State Government Department?
2. Is Time limit of 6 years or 4 years is also applicable in TCS & TDS matters as in case of Income Tax Under Section 147?
