As per court judgement, a daily collection commission agent gets conveyance allowance arrears for the last two years. What is the treatment in Income Tax? Is he liable to pay tds for their conveyance allowance arrears amount ?. Kindly explain it. Expect reply,Sir

conveyance exp. will be reimbursement of the exp. on that tds not applicable if he sent you the seperate bill for that.
