First you have enter challan and Deductee details and generate FVU file. Same to be submitted to NSDL.

if you don't have any software then Download latest RPU from TIN NSDL website prepare tds return as explained by kaviraja sir take acknowledgement paying uploading charge to TIN NSDL facility center
