Please tell me sir TDs deduct on FDR (2 lac) in the name of housewife then now husband can claim TDs in own itr. or housewife should itr file to claim TDs against fdr

Wife has to file income tax return to seek refund.

If tds deducted on wife PAN then wife has to file return to claim refund.
