the TDS deducted in the year 12-13 and the person not cum in slab rate he work in PVT Co. can he claim refund from income tax plz reply.

The time barring of filing of return for the year 2012-2013 is elapsed on 31st March 2015. At present return of 12-13 can not be filed and can not be claimed refund.
However the assessee can approach to respective jurisdictional officer and may request to accept the return (after giving reason of not filing return) and then the refund can be claimed.
