01 July 2009 For deposit of TDS for the m.o. June 2009 can i use the old challan (challan 281)instead of Form 17 w.e.f 01.07.2009. please let me know

01 July 2009 Yes, certainly now u can use Challan 281, as CBDT has announced to defer form 17 for indefinite period.
