Suppose Mr. X (Prop) has deducted TDS on 10 commission person and deposited in government a/c but at the time of filing tds return 1 person is left form tds return and such person never ask for tds certificate. This case of FY 2012-13.
What will happen in this case? Reply on urgent

still if its deducted then needs to file tds return and issue certificate to such person

Today we file tds return for Q4 for 1 person whose infomration was not taken at the time of filling of tds return of Q4 of FY 2012-13 than sec.234E is applicalbe or not.

Seeta you have stated that 1 person is left which means you must have filed the TDS return that time. So now all that you need to do is to revise the TDS return which do not attract any penalty.
