NGO INVITED BIDS FROM VARIOUS DEALERS FOR SUPPLY OF FOOD KITS. ONE OF THE PARTY GETS THE CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY OF FOOD KITS. WILL NGO DEDUCT TDS WHEN IT MAKES A PAYMENT TO THE SUPPLIER.IF YES WHICH SECTION WILL APPLY
