28 November 2011 one of my friend receives TDS certificates u/s 194c, whereas he is authorised service centre for mobile company. my query is that whether I can file return by declaring 8% profit in form 4s

28 November 2011 Yes you can file return U/s 44AD but in case his assets are more than the capital and other liability do not keep holding the 8% criteria, you can show higher income also.
