Terminal & handling charges paid to APL INDIA LTD.The company (APL INDIA LTD) gets its job done by non resident shipping agency .Now when i (being a company)shall pay the payment should i deduct tds?If yes then which section.

you have to deduct the tax from APL India Ltd.U/s 194-C if amount of single contract is more than Rs.20000/- and if in running contract is more than Rs.50000/-
