Dear Experts,
My company has deducted tds on the salary of Mr. A. Now he has resigned from the company and company has not paid his due salary.
Can TDS amount deducted be claimed back..??

Yes TDS can be claimed by Mr. A by filing his Income Tax Return.

You can file form 26B for claiming refund of excess TDS Deposited.
