25 July 2014 Dear Sir,
I have received TDS late return filling fee Rs 3 Lakh & TDS CPC now send intimation about delayed panal interest but kerala hight court stay granted on it so why sending me intimation what i do please solve my problem......

26 July 2014 even if I assume you are also a tax deductor in Kerala, if you read the stay order carefully, the stay order is only limited to the proceedings by the respondent AO against the appellant.

28 July 2014 yes i am deductor but mumbai court is also granted stay on it so what i do plz sir tell me bcoz amount of penalty is huge
