Is TDS applicable to the Maintenance paid to the Co-Op Hsg Society? If applicable under which section?

No, TDS in not applicable on such payments. But if there is contract then TDS @ 2% will be deducted.

Generallt housing societies enter into contract for maintenance. In such case TDS shall be deducted u/s 194C @ 2%.

There is no need for deduction of tax on maintainence paid to a co-op society or any other society.
