let us assume a person is earned per month salary 1,80,000.my question is how much TDS pay to the government by this person monthly

His total tax liability is Rs.4,92,340 according to A.Y 2014-15 tax rates as A.Y 2015-16 tax rates till now not notified.Assumed you provided is net of savings u/s 80C.
So monthly TDS liability is Rs.41,028.

if you are earn salary then tds responsibility of the employer. and tax rates of previous year will applicable.
