A PERSON HAVING SALE RS 45/- ALCS IN AY 13.14 AND AUDITED HIS ACCOUNT U/S4AD. IS HE LIABLE TO DEDUCT TDS IN AY 2014.15, please answer

Amit Audit doesn't require to declare TDS criteria. If the amount of payment exceeds the amount mentioned in respective section then TDS must b deducted.
