Whether we can deposit tds today A.Y. 2010-11

Yes, you can deposit the tax in challan 281. Yesterday, i also deposited the amount in challan 281. But before that i had word with NSDL for complete procedure, even they also don't know the complete procedure. Clarification is yet expected.
