While making online payment of TDS I have quoted Wrong TAN and time to made correction through bank is also over.
Kindly tell what course we should take to correct the mistake.

U must visit the department with an application in writing, regarding the matter. The Assessing Officer will rectify it. There is no other option.

IS THERE ANY TIME LIMIT TO RECTIFY THE MISTAKE BY AO/DEPARTMENT.

The limit is on bank for 7 days, but no limit on AO. But it is advised to do ASAP.
