our company recived the ECB Loan from German bank at Germany. we paid the interest every month and deduct the TDS 10%.our auditor told 10%TDS is Correct Asper DTA between India and Germany but our Tax consultant told 20% TDS Is right . which one is right kindly give your advice

Please Check the DTAA between Germany and India. If the rate of 10% is mentioned in DTAA than in that case you need to deduct 10%.
