whether tds is deductible on payment made to NSE for processing of application of issuance of share warrant and shares.

Hi
We paid annual listing fee with deducting TDS @ 10% of the invoice amount. I have paid the same for 2013-14.
But there is no provision for TDS on processing fee. I will suggest you to call NSE for confirming the same.
