WE HAVE DEPOSITED A CHALLAN WITH CORRECT TAN BUT WITH INCORRECT NAME (SOME CLERICAL MISTAKE).

Go ahead and file the return mentioning the correct name in the return. Challan always considers name as per TAN database.
