If due date of tax deposit is 07th of july and we have paid tax on 10th july then we have to pay 1 month interest or 2 month interest.

Depends on date of deduction. Please mention the date on which TDS was deducted.
If TDS was deducted on or after 11th June you will have to pay interest for 1 month. If deducted prior to that interest to be paid for 2 months.
If TDS was deducted on or after 11th June you will have to pay interest for 1 month. If deducted prior to that interest to be paid for 2 months.
