04 March 2009 should tds be deducted on payment made to google india for advertisement. does it fall under provisions of sec 195 urgent

04 March 2009 payments made directly to print or electronic media for advertisement would be covered under section 194C as these are in the nature of payments for purpose of advertising. Deduction @1%+SC+EC will have to be made towards TDS.

05 March 2009 but will the provisions of Sec 195 apply ? and can we say that income is accrued in India?
