Dear Sir,
Please tell me whether the TDS certificate can be changed from one person to another.The question is that I have given TDS certificate to the partner of a company towards TDS deducted commission paid.Now he is saying he wants TDS certificate in the name of his firm.Accordingly I have filed a revised return.Can we able to download the form 16 a from the site also how many days it will take to download the same from the site.
Please reply back at the earleist.

Incase agreement or work order and Invoices are raised in the name of firm and payment also given to firm, then you can issue the TDS certificate to firm name otherwise cannot change the tds certificate to others name
