TDS AMOUNT OF ALL QUARTERS ARE PAID IN ONE CHALLAN. IS THERE ANY PROBLEM REGARDING THIS?

Yes. TDS challan need to pay by monthly or quarterly then only you can file the returns quarterly
now you have to show the one challan for all the quarters
