20 April 2013 If a person is getting a monthly Salary of Rs 30000/- i.e 3,60,000 p.a and he receives only 3,50,000 due to leave in 1 month, than we will deduct TDS on 3,50,000 or 3,60,000 ????

20 April 2013 Tds deduct on accure or arise income. in your case 10000 is not accure. then tds will be deduct on 350000/-.
