AN INDIVIDUAL IS CARRYING HIS PERSONAL BUSINESS & ALSO A FIRM .
THE TDS OF THE FIRM IS CONSIDERED IN THE PERSONAL RETURN TO CLAIM IN FIRM WAT HE SHOULD DO? LET ME KNOW?

In both the cases PAN of Individual who is also the Proprietor of the Firm is given. ITR4 is required to be filed and the entire TDS will be claimed in this return.

Than this is wrong. PAN for proprietorship firm and individual should not be different. You will have to surrender one PAN.

WE HAVE CLAIM TDS IN FIRM'S RETURN BUT AS TAN IS GIVEN TO DEDUCTOR OF INDIVIDUAL SO IT CAME IN HIS 26 AS, BUT WE HAVN'T CLAIM IN INDIVIDUAL'S RETURN, SO NO CREDIT IS ALLOWEDIN A.Y. 2010-11. NOW TO CLAIM IT WAT TO DO IN ANY OF BOTH?

The returns should have been revised long ago...Now only thing you can do is to your Assessing Officer tell him the facts and ask for solution.
