08 February 2013 i want to upload tds return online i have never registered before whether i have to register in tin-nsdl.com or traces.gov.in and what is the procedure and documents i have to submit and i also want to update my address in tan please advice

10 February 2013 you have to download a return preparation utility RPU and need to fill it.

U need Copy of Challan and PAN of deductee, amount paid, deducted and name.

after preparing a FUV file, you need to submit it to TIN Facilitation Center,
